You will fall in love with the Warm Charming character and natural light that spills into the Cullman Haus’s full kitchen, dining and all living areas. Amenities include multiple driveway access and HS WiFi.

Please do not smoke inside of the Cullman Haus or in any common area. Any kind of smoking in Cullman Haus will result in immediate removal & hefty fines of $1,500 and more
No Parties
No loud parties in our on the premises. Guests must leave by 10p.m.
No Pets
No pets or animals in or on the premises with guests or with visitors. Any animals or pets on or in the Cottage will result in immediate removal and hefty fines of $1,500 and more.
Quiet Time
Please respect our quiet time 10:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.
No Fireworks
Fireworks are prohibited to use

Later checkouts will result in a $5 per minute charge unless otherwise pre-arranged
Please lock and secure the front door on your way out.
Please deposit all the the trash throughout The Cullman Haus into the trash bin on the left side of the stone patio beside the outside air unit.
Please load the used dishes into the dishwasher, insert dishwasher detergent or a pod, shut the dishwasher and press start.
Please message me and let us know once you have checked out. If any items are broken, or in need of repair, please report it to us so that we can arrange to take care of it.
